Chey Tae-won Shares 'Arm-in-Arm' Photo with Jensen Huang... Huang Says, "Proud of SK hynix's $1 Trillion Market Cap"

[The Financial News] SK Group Chairman Chey Tae-won met with NVIDIA CEO Jensen Huang in Taiwan and celebrated SK hynix's achievement of a $1 trillion market capitalization.
On the 2nd, SK hynix shared photos on social networking service (SNS) showing Chey meeting Huang in Taipei, Taiwan, the previous day with top executives.
SK hynix said, "We recently reached the landmark scale of a $1 trillion market capitalization." It added, "To mark the occasion, Chairman Chey and CEO Huang, together with senior leaders from both companies, reflected on the partnership that helped shape the era of AI memory."
The company added, "The gathering reminded us how closely we have worked together to drive innovation in AI infrastructure, and of our shared commitment to advancing the next chapter of AI."
After meeting with SK executives, Huang attended a dinner event called Korean Partner Night with representatives from major Korean companies.
In a Q&A with Korean reporters, he said, "The most important factors in the HBM ecosystem are performance, quality, reliability, and the supply capability built on them." He added, "That is why we are working more closely with SK than ever before."
He also praised the company, saying, "SK hynix recently reached a $1 trillion market cap, and I am truly proud and happy for their success."
