[Financial News] Choi Eun-su, 29, formerly of the group Myteen, is drawing attention for working as a flight attendant.
Choi Eun-su debuted in July 2015 as a member of the seven-member multinational idol group NPI, then moved to Myteen in 2017 and continued his career there.
Myteen consisted of Choi Eun-su, Chunjin, Kim Guk-heon, Shin Jun-seop, Song Yuvin, Hanseul and others. The group gained early attention, but disbanded in 2019 after about two years of activity.
After completing his military service and returning, Choi Eun-su joined Jeju Air as a flight attendant in 2024 and has begun a second chapter in life.
In November of the same year, Choi Eun-su posted a certification photo on his social media account, saying, "I was able to complete the training thanks to my wonderful fellow trainees and instructors! Jeju Air flight attendant."
Choi Eun-su said, "People often ask whether I have any lingering feelings or regrets. It would be a lie to say I don't, but I am satisfied with my life now and living happily."
Choi Eun-su is not the first idol to switch to a career as a flight attendant. Shin Yeon-suh of gugudan, the group that included Kim Se-jeong and Kang Mi-na, also became a Singapore Airlines flight attendant and drew public attention.
