The video was reportedly filmed when Lee Jae-myung visited Moran Traditional 5-day Market in Seongnam, Gyeonggi Province, on the 14th. In response, Lee Jae-myung and Kang Hoon-sik, Chief of Staff to the President of the Republic of Korea, applauded and smiled brightly, saying, "Congratulations."
