[Financial News] Blockchain infrastructure company DSRV has completed a proof of concept (PoC) with Mirae Asset Securities and others, and will unveil 'DSRV Portal,' a blockchain-based integrated platform for institutional financial firms, in June. The company also plans to further develop its 'Web3 neobank' vision through cooperation with Circle Internet Group, the issuer of the global stablecoin USD Coin (USDC).
DSRV said on the 29th that it had completed PoCs for the adoption of on-chain financial infrastructure with domestic financial and payment institutions, including Mirae Asset Securities, NICE Information & Telecommunications, and BC Card.
Set to be released in June, DSRV Portal is a business-to-business platform that provides financial institutions with an integrated package of services needed to adopt on-chain finance, including wallets, custody, stablecoin payments and settlement, and asset tokenization. Through the platform, financial firms will be able to run digital asset businesses that meet regulatory requirements such as anti-money laundering (AML) without having to develop blockchain technology themselves.
DSRV is also accelerating the buildout of an institutional payment infrastructure based on Circle Mint, Circle Internet Group's enterprise platform. The company is focusing on creating an issuance and redemption system that would allow institutional investors to convert dollars and USDC through bank transfers alone, without going through a cryptocurrency exchange.
DSRV also disclosed the status of its global public infrastructure projects. A representative example is the blockchain-based digital voucher system it built for the government of Madagascar in cooperation with the World Bank and others.
The company is also preparing a micro-payment infrastructure that supports autonomous transactions between AI agents. Using global technical standards such as Google's Agent Payments Protocol (AP2) for AI agents, the system would enable AI to handle identity verification and payments. AI agents are autonomous software that can pursue a user's specified goal, move across multiple systems and data sources to assess the situation, and then call the necessary tools and apps on their own to complete tasks.
Backed by a Series B investment of about 32 billion won from Hyundai Motor Group, Kyobo Group, and others, DSRV is moving faster to expand its global business. Seo Byung-yoon, co-CEO of DSRV, said, photo", "We recently secured revenue in the Japanese market and have also established a U.S. subsidiary," he said. "We aim to become a major player in the global on-chain finance ecosystem and target a KOSDAQ listing in the first half of next year."
Meanwhile, more than 300 people from financial institutions, major corporations, and public agencies attended 'DeSeRVe All 2026: Web3 Neobank,' hosted by DSRV at Conrad Seoul Hotel in Yeouido, Seoul, on the same day. Jiyun Kim, co-CEO of DSRV, said in a video message from the United States, "The shift toward on-chain finance is being actively pursued even in what may seem like the most conservative market, Wall Street in the U.S." She added, "Following our recent partnership with Circle Internet Group to secure a USDC on- and off-ramp infrastructure, we will continue strengthening our collaboration with global on-chain finance players."
