The Apartment Where Many Conglomerate CEOs Live... 'That Place' Is Home to 11 People, Including Samsung's Roh Tae-moon

\r\n[The Financial News]  Among the apartment complexes most frequently chosen as residences by CEOs of Korea's top 500 companies, THE H Firstier IPARK in Gaepo-dong, Gangnam District, Seoul, ranked first, according to a survey. Nine out of 10 of these executives lived in the Seoul metropolitan area.

CEO Score, a corporate data research institute, announced on the 29th that it had released the results of a survey of the addresses of 640 CEOs of the top 500 companies listed in corporate registry documents.
The survey showed that, as of April this year, the apartment complex with the largest number of resident executives was THE H Firstier IPARK.
A total of 11 people live in the complex, including Roh Tae-moon, Sanghyun Park, Seok-hee Lee, Nam Jeong-un, Soo Yeon Choi, Kim Dae-il, Kim Min-tae, Lee Yong-bae, Jang Yong-ho, Seo Jin-seok, and Byung Gyu Kim.
Eight CEOs also lived in Nine One Hannam in Hannam-dong, Yongsan District.

\r\nThe residents included Jang Deok-hyun, Park Joo-hwan, Kang Dae-hyun, Kim Chang-soo, Ji-Ho Hyun, Sung-Won Choi, Vaughn Hall, and Cho Jeong-ho.

Seven executives were living in Raemian Firstige in Banpo-dong, Seocho District, including Kim Seong-hwan, Walter Cho, Lee Chang-hwang, Kim Ikhwan, Gu Chan-woo, Jeong Hyun, and Jang Se-jun.

In the case of Hannam The Hill in Hannam-dong, Yongsan District, five people were living there, including Hong Beom-sik, Koo Dong-hui, Kim Kwang-il, Lee Woo-sung, and Yoo Sang-cheol.

\r\nIn Gyeonggi Province, four executives, including Kim Mi-seob, Shim Sang-pil, Choi Kyung, and Won Yoo-hyun, live in Pangyo Prugio Grandble in Baekhyeon-dong, Bundang District.

\r\nResidences were concentrated in the Seoul metropolitan area. A total of 586 executives, or 91.6%, lived there. Within the metropolitan area, Seoul had the most at 429 people (67.0%), followed by Gyeonggi Province with 152 (23.8%) and Incheon with 5 (0.8%).
Within Seoul, Gangnam District had the largest number at 107 people (24.9%). Seocho District followed with 73 (17.0%), Yongsan District with 56 (13.1%), and Songpa District with 36 (8.4%).

Only 54 executives, or 8.4%, lived outside the metropolitan area. Busan had the most with 11 people (1.7%), followed by South Gyeongsang Province and Ulsan Metropolitan City with 7 each (1.1%), South Jeolla Province and North Jeolla Province with 5 each (0.8%), and North Gyeongsang Province and Daegu Metropolitan City with 4 each (0.6%).
