\r\n[The Financial News, Seoul·New Delhi, India = Seong Seok-woo, Choi Jong-geun]President Lee Jae-myung said on the 21st that South Korea and India would move forward as strong partners, building their future together beyond politics and economics, in reference to the dinner hosted by Indian President Droupadi Murmu.
In a post on his X account that day, Lee wrote that he had spent meaningful time attending the dinner hosted by President Droupadi Murmu the previous evening.
Lee said he was "deeply impressed by her life of overcoming social constraints and personal hardships while dedicating herself to the community and marginalized groups." He added that he could feel that the confidence India shows today also stems from President Murmu's courage and vision.
He went on to say that "the potential of South Korea and India is limitless" and emphasized that the two countries would now move forward as strong partners, building their future together beyond politics and economics.
Lee also added that he once again expressed his deep gratitude to President Murmu and the people of India for their warm hospitality.
