Cable News Network (CNN) reported on the 11th, citing sources in the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, that the ceasefire talks between the US and the Islamic Republic of Iran were largely positive.
The two sides launched their ceasefire negotiations that day in Islamabad, the capital of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.
However, the sources noted that talks remain deadlocked over control of the Strait of Hormuz.
A source from the Iranian negotiating team also told CNN that the US is making "unacceptable demands" regarding the strait.
