SK AX has begun using its Agentic AI-based infrastructure operations service "AXgenticWire NPO" to prevent system failures.
According to SK AX on the 2nd, AXgenticWire NPO uses Agentic AI to proactively detect, analyze, decide on, and resolve potential issues, dramatically lowering the rate of failures. When applied to manufacturing, it can detect abnormal signs in equipment and production processes in real time, minimizing potential risks. In finance, it enables uninterrupted electronic financial IT operations during transactions and authentication, while in the public sector it enhances the stability of citizen-facing services and strengthens incident response.
An SK AX representative stated, "As complexity grows with the need to manage graphics processing unit (GPU) resources and workload volatility, the likelihood of human error is also increasing," adding, "Under AXgenticWire NPO, Agentic AI centrally manages this operational environment and proactively blocks operational risks."
