On the same day, Minister of Foreign Affairs of Iran Abbas Araghchi also stated in an interview with Islamic Republic of Iran Broadcasting, "Iranian leaders are reviewing a peace proposal presented by the United States through a mediating country."
Jeong Hee-chan, a researcher at Samsung Futures, explained, "The market is focusing on comments such as the White House stressing that peace talks are in progress, and expectations for negotiations are clearly dominant," adding, "However, given that volatility indicators remain at elevated levels, investors should be wary of excessive optimism driven solely by hopes for negotiations."
