After the concert, BTS RM posts apology: "I’m sorry to citizens and merchants who endured the inconvenience, I won’t forget your consideration"

According to Financial News, BTS leader RM shared a message of gratitude and apology after wrapping up the comeback performance held at Gwanghwamun Square.
On the 21st, RM posted a long letter on the fan communication platform Weverse, beginning with the words, "I would like to express my gratitude to everyone who joined us for the Gwanghwamun performance. Hello, this is BTS."

RM reflected on the meaning of the day, writing, "After a long wait of four years, the seven of us were finally able to stand together again and meet you in the meaningful space that is Gwanghwamun Square," and added, "We wanted to thank everyone who showed us such generous consideration and support so that our comeback stage could be completed safely."

He went on to express his respect and gratitude to those who worked behind the scenes to make the concert possible.

RM said, "We bow our heads in deep gratitude to the police, firefighters, and officials from the government and local authorities who embraced Gwanghwamun Square as our comeback stage and worked so hard to ensure a safe performance without any major accidents amid the huge crowds."

He also offered an apology to citizens who endured inconveniences caused by the event.

He wrote, "To all the citizens who endured various inconveniences such as traffic control and noise, and to the merchants and office workers in the Gwanghwamun area, I am truly sorry and also deeply grateful," adding, "We will never take for granted the warm consideration with which you accepted our performance, and we will keep it in our hearts for a long time."
He also made sure to address a message to the fans, ARMY.

RM continued, "Above all, to our beloved ARMY, who are our everything and our pride—thank you so much for believing in us and waiting for us for such a long time. The moment we heard your cheers filling the square, we were overwhelmed with the feeling, 'Ah, we’ve finally come back,'" and added, "Seeing you enjoy the concert in such a mature and orderly way, caring for one another even in such a huge crowd, moved us even more."
He went on, "As always, you are our greatest source of pride," and added, "We also send our sincere love and gratitude to ARMY all around the world who shared the same feelings with us from beyond the screen."
Finally, RM described this stage as a moment created by everyone together.

He wrote, "This Gwanghwamun stage does not belong only to the seven of us in BTS. It was completed through the hard work of those who ensured everyone’s safety, the warm understanding of the citizens, and the unwavering love of ARMY," and pledged, "We will not forget the immense love and support you have given us, and on the journey ahead for BTS, we will continue to create music and moments that resonate even more deeply."

He concluded by saying, "I hope today’s passionate memories remain in your daily lives for a long time as a pleasant gift. We were truly, indescribably happy."
