Trump Says He 'Doesn’t Like Mojtaba' Ahead of Today’s Press Conference

The Financial News, New York — Lee Byung-chulPresident Donald Trump will hold a press conference on the afternoon of the 9th (local time).
Trump wrote on his social media platform Truth Social, "Before I leave for Washington, D.C., I will hold a press conference at 5:30 p.m. in the banquet hall at Doral."
The press conference is scheduled for 5:30 p.m. Eastern Time, which will be 6:30 a.m. on the 10th in Korea.
Trump, who is currently staying at the Trump National Doral Miami resort in Miami, Florida, will attend a fundraising event for the Republican Party (United States) hosted by Republican House Speaker Mike Johnson at 4 p.m. that day. He is also expected to speak at a Republican lawmakers’ policy workshop afterward.
This will be his first press conference since Ayatollah Seyyed Ali Khamenei, Supreme Leader of Iran, was killed in an attack by the United States and Israel, and his second son, Mojtaba Hosseini Khamenei, was chosen as his successor.
In an interview with the New York Post the same day, Trump commented on Mojtaba Khamenei, 56, who has inherited the position of Supreme Leader of Iran, saying he "doesn’t like" him.
According to the report, when asked over the phone by the paper how he planned to respond to Mojtaba’s selection as Supreme Leader of Iran, Trump replied, "I’m not going to say. I’m not happy with him."
