[The Financial News] A woman in her 20s who was arrested and handed over to the prosecution service on charges of killing men with drugs at lodging facilities around Gangbuk District in Seoul has been found to be a psychopath, or to have antisocial personality disorder.
According to police on the 4th, Seoul Gangbuk Police Station stated that an assessment using the Psychopathy Checklist–Revised (PCL-R) on the suspect, a woman in her 20s surnamed Kim, produced this finding.
