[Financial News] Xiaomi Corporation announced on the 2nd that at Mobile World Congress 2026 (MWC 2026) it unveiled a ‘Human × Car × Home’ smart ecosystem powered by artificial intelligence (AI). The ecosystem is built around Xiaomi Miloco, Xiaomi HyperAI, the Xiaomi 17 series, the Leica Leitz Phone, Xiaomi Mijia smart home appliances, and the Xiaomi Vision Gran Turismo.
Xiaomi Miloco is the first real-world application of Xiaomi’s in-house MiMo foundation model. It is designed as a co-pilot that understands real-world context and responds intelligently, based on visual recognition and multimodal intelligence. With an edge–cloud collaborative architecture, it supports on-device data processing and keeps sensitive data local, strengthening user privacy and security. Miloco learns users’ behavior patterns in the home and automatically adjusts lighting for activities such as watching TV, reading, or using a smartphone, and it detects clutter to instruct a robot vacuum to start cleaning. It can also analyze sleep status and perceived indoor conditions to dynamically control room temperature.
Xiaomi Corporation also introduced Xiaomi HyperAI, which spans smartphones, vehicles, and smart home appliances. Developed in collaboration with Google Gemini, HyperAI operates across entire devices rather than within individual apps, and it enables cooperation between different devices.
In mobile, the company unveiled its first global flagship smartphone, the Xiaomi 17 Ultra. It features a 1‐inch Lateral Overflow Integration Capacitor (LOFIC) main camera sensor and a telephoto zoom lens certified to the Leica APO apochromatic standard, improving low-light shooting, accuracy in high-contrast scenes, and telephoto image quality. Xiaomi Corporation also showcased the Leica Leitz Phone, developed in collaboration with the Leica Design Team.
In mobility, Xiaomi Corporation presented the futuristic concept electric hypercar Xiaomi Vision Gran Turismo as a physical model for the first time. The vehicle was created for the Gran Turismo racing franchise. By integrating intelligent features such as Xiaomi Pulse into its continuous loop structure, it delivers an experience akin to enjoying a racing game from the comfort of a sofa.
Visitors could also explore a lineup of smart home appliances, sold in 14 countries, that use AI to enable collaboration between devices.
Angus Ng, Head of Global PR and Communications at Xiaomi, said, “Through our AI-based Human × Car × Home smart ecosystem, we are extending intelligence beyond screens into everyday life,” adding, “This marks Xiaomi’s first step in expanding AI into the physical world.”
