President Lee Invites Over 200 Future Scientists to Presidential Office: "They Will Lead Korea's Future"

[Financial News] President Lee Jae-myung will invite Presidential Science Scholars and International Science Olympiad medalists to the presidential office on the 5th.
The event will be held under the theme "Scientists Who Take On Challenges, a Republic of Korea That Leaps Forward." It will be attended by 205 university and graduate students selected as scholarship recipients, along with 35 middle and high school students who won awards at the Olympiad.
President Lee plans to present medals and commemorative plaques to representative scholarship recipients and Olympiad winners. He will then hold an open discussion on policies to support scientists and engineers.
The presidential office stated, "Through this event, President Lee will emphasize that these students are the ones who will transform the Republic of Korea." It added, "He will urge them to pursue world-first and world-best achievements and to take on challenges without hesitation."
