President Lee: "If you mess with Koreans, you’ll be ruined. Do you think I’m joking?" — reiterates warning

[The Financial News] On the 30th, President Lee Jae-myung declared, "If you mess with Koreans, you’ll be ruined. Do you think I’m joking?" signaling his determination to respond forcefully to transnational scam crimes.
That day, President Lee used a social networking service (SNS) to share a news article explaining that even Chinese criminal organizations operating in Cambodia are now so afraid of crackdowns by the Korean National Police Agency (KNPA) that they no longer recruit Korean members, and he made these remarks in that context.
He also wrote, "When the Republic of Korea (South Korea) decides to act, it sees it through. To the very end."
In particular, President Lee posted the same message in the Khmer language as well.
