[Financial News] U.S. billionaire entrepreneur Martha Stewart, now 84, has revealed her morning routine, appearing bare-faced and in lingerie.
From "Martha Stewart Living" to the billionaire ranks
According to Fox News and other foreign media on the 26th, Stewart recently appeared in Vogue's "Get Ready With Me" video series, where she walked viewers through her skincare and makeup routine.
Martha Stewart holds the distinction of being the first self-made female billionaire in the United States. She began her career as a stockbroker on Wall Street, then became a household name through the TV show "Martha Stewart Living." In the 1990s, she took her company public and joined the ranks of billionaires.
In the early 2000s, she served prison time over an insider-trading case, but later rebuilt and expanded her brand through retail partnerships and media work. By collaborating with Snoop Dogg, she narrowed the gap with younger audiences, and at 81 she made headlines by gracing the cover of the Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Issue. Most recently, she has launched her own cannabidiol (CBD) product brand.
Firm skin without plastic surgery... towel care right after cleansing
In the video, she appears in a blue lace lingerie set and robe, with no makeup on. "I have not had plastic surgery," she said, explaining, "Consistent lifestyle habits, procedures like Botox and fillers, and everyday care are what created the face you see now."
Martha’s day starts with a towel routine immediately after washing her face. She first places a towel soaked in warm water over her face for about one minute to relax the skin. Then she presses a cold towel onto her face for around 20 seconds to cool it down. She noted, "This hot-and-cold towel routine slowly wakes up the sluggish blood flow from overnight and eases surface tension in the skin," adding, "The rule is to press, not rub. I’ve hardly changed this routine in decades."
She went on, "Diet is an essential part of looking youthful," and added, "I start my mornings light and keep a diet based mainly on vegetables and fruit. I also make a conscious effort to get enough protein."
What Martha repeatedly emphasizes is her overall attitude toward daily life. She values consistent sleep hours, avoiding excessive late-night activities, and maintaining habits that do not disrupt the rhythm of her day.
She said, "Unfortunately, some of my friends have stopped changing and growing," and continued, "I most admire Superagers, people who keep evolving and doing good work. That’s how I want to live too."
Martha defines aging not as decline but as a form of "training." She said, "Regular routines and personal standards are the key to aging well," and stressed that mindset is just as important as external care.
