[Financial News] Hyundai Engineering & Construction unveiled version 2.0 of its resident-only integrated residential platforms ‘my Hills’ and ‘my THE H’ on the 15th. Marking the first anniversary of the platform’s launch, the company has overhauled the service delivery structure and enhanced lifestyle and community functions as the core upgrades.
‘my Hills’ and ‘my THE H’ are integrated residential service platforms for residents of Hillstate and THE H complexes. From checking sales information to controlling smart home devices, reserving community facilities, and submitting A/S requests, the entire residential journey has been provided through a single app. In version 2.0, resident authentication, lifestyle support, and community functions have been reorganized into a unified system to improve the overall completeness of platform operations.
In particular, a resident authentication system linked with the Ministry of the Interior and Safety (MOIS)’s Government24 service has been introduced, enabling real-time verification without separate approval from the management office. As a result, residents of existing complexes such as Hyundai Hometown can now use major services, including the community bulletin board and secondhand marketplace features, free of charge.
A new visit-based service called ‘H Helper’, in which dedicated engineers visit homes to address everyday inconveniences, has also been introduced. It offers everyday, hands-on services such as inspecting in-unit drains, assembling furniture, and installing curtains and picture frames, and has completed a pilot run at DH Daechi Edelweiss. The company plans to gradually expand its application, focusing primarily on THE H complexes.
Functions aimed at facilitating communication among residents and revitalizing the community have also been strengthened. Beyond communication at the individual complex level, a new ‘Complex Groups’ feature has been added, allowing residents to share interests and preferences at the regional or even national level. A brand-exclusive online store that reflects the Hillstate and THE H lifestyles will also be rolled out in stages.
A Hyundai Engineering & Construction official said, “The release of the integrated residential platform 2.0 is intended to reorganize the way residential services are delivered and to expand the scope of support into areas closely connected to customers’ daily lives,” adding, “We will continue to advance our digital-based residential services to further develop a customer-centric living environment.”
