Korean Man in His 40s Stabbed to Death in India; Local Girlfriend in Her 20s Arrested

[Financial News] In India, a Korean man in his 40s was killed by his local girlfriend in her 20s, with whom he was living.
According to New Delhi Television Ltd (NDTV), The Times of India (TOI), and other local media on the 7th (local time), the incident occurred in the early morning of the 4th at an apartment in Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh, near New Delhi. A woman in her 20s stabbed her Korean boyfriend, who was in his 40s, multiple times with a knife.
Afterward, the woman called her driver to take the man to the hospital, but he ultimately died.
Police, who responded to a report from hospital staff, arrested and detained the woman.
Investigations revealed that the two had been drinking together and got into an argument on the day of the incident.
The woman told police, "My boyfriend would become violent when drunk," and stated, "I acted out of sudden anger." She insisted that she had no intention of killing him.
Police are awaiting the autopsy results to determine the exact cause of death.
The woman is reportedly from Manipur in northeastern India, while the Korean man worked as an office employee in Greater Noida.
A police official stated, "According to the driver, the couple often argued."
