Kim Ju Ae Shows Bold Affection at New Year Event... Surprise Kiss on Father Kim Jong Un's Cheek

[Financial News] At a New Year’s celebration concert held in Pyongyang, Kim Ju Ae, daughter of North Korean leader Kim Jong Un, demonstrated their close father-daughter relationship by giving him a kiss on the cheek.
In the footage of the New Year’s event aired on the 1st by Korean Central Television (KCTV), Kim Ju Ae was seen as the first to step out of Kim Jong Un’s private limousine, the Aurus.
Wearing a leather coat identical in design to Kim Jong Un’s, she held her father’s hand and whispered to him while watching the celebratory performance.
As the countdown ended and the New Year began, Kim Ju Ae stood up, placed one hand on Kim Jong Un’s face, and gave him a kiss on the cheek. Kim Jong Un responded with a broad smile.
Like Kim Jong Un and his wife, Kim Ju Ae embraced children at the venue and pressed cheeks with them, presenting herself as a caring leader. Upon her arrival, both a young child and a middle-aged woman greeted her with a deep 90-degree bow.
During a scene where senior officials entered the venue holding hands with children, a boy and girl—believed to be the children of Kim Yo Jong, deputy director of the Workers’ Party—were also identified.
They appear to be the same children who appeared holding Kim Yo Jong’s hand at the same event a year ago.
In April 2015, the National Intelligence Service (NIS) reported to the National Assembly’s Intelligence Committee that Kim Yo Jong was expected to give birth in May that year. In February 2018, a government source stated that Kim Yo Jong, who was visiting South Korea at the time, was indeed pregnant, fueling speculation about a second pregnancy.
At the time, the NIS stated that it was 'leaving open the possibility and conducting a detailed analysis,' but Kim Yo Jong’s marriage, pregnancy, and childbirth have never been officially confirmed.
