Ksmartech Wins Minister’s Award at 2025 Data and Cloud Promotion Week

[Financial News] Ksmartech announced on the 18th that it received the Minister’s Award after being selected as an outstanding project in the 2025 SaaS Development Support Program at the 2025 Data and Cloud Promotion Week awards ceremony. The event took place at the COEX Conference E Room in Samseong-dong, Seoul.
This recognition is the Cloud Industry Awards, which is equivalent to a ministerial commendation in addition to the merit awards. Ksmartech was recognized for its SaaS-based cloud security technology and its contributions to the industry.
The award-winning solution, KEY4C, is an integrated platform for key management services (KMS) based on a hardware security module (HSM) that provides the generation, storage, and management of encryption keys in a cloud environment as a SaaS offering. The solution has been validated for its technology and security by obtaining Good Software Certification Level 1, Cloud Security Assurance Program (CSAP) SaaS Standard Grade from the Ministry of Science and ICT, and ISO/IEC 27001 certification.
Ksmartech explained that KEY4C offers both HSM-based network linkage services and KMS, and has achieved high security by applying an HSM-based security architecture certified at FIPS 140-2 Level 3. It features compatibility with the Zero Trust Security Model and Cloud Native environments, and can be implemented without additional hardware installation. The company also plans to introduce Secure Folder as a solution for protecting trade secrets and preventing the leakage of business confidential information.
Currently, Ksmartech provides its KEY4C service to Hyundai AutoEver’s European subsidiary and is responsible for user authentication and B2B data protection in BC Card’s Paybooc service.
