[Financial News] The Korea Composite Stock Price Index (KOSPI) is maintaining a decline of around 1% during intraday trading on the 18th.
As of 1:49 p.m., the KOSPI was trading at 4,000.33, down 56.08 points (1.38%) from the previous session.
The KOSPI opened at 3,989.60, a decrease of 66.81 points (1.65%) from the previous day.
In the KOSPI Market, foreign investors are selling 320.9 billion won worth of shares. After selling more than 1 trillion won in a single day on the 15th, they continue their selling streak. Institutions are also net sellers of 142.9 billion won. In contrast, individual investors are net buyers of 441 billion won.
Among the top market cap stocks, performance is mixed. Samsung Electronics is down slightly by 0.97%, while SK hynix is up by 1.27%.
The KOSDAQ Index is currently trading at 901.18, down 9.89 points (1.09%) from the previous session.
