"This Will Be the Last Time"... Late Kim Sae-ron's Mother Releases Additional Evidence of 'Underage Relationship' Despite Kim Soo-hyun's Denial

[Financial News] The mother of actress Kim Sae-ron, who passed away in February this year, has once again claimed that her daughter dated Kim Soo-hyun while she was a minor, releasing memos and audio recordings as evidence.
On the 26th, through BUYOU Law Firm, the late actress's mother stated, "Kim Soo-hyun's side has framed all of our evidence as fabricated, insisting that Kim Sae-ron never dated Kim Soo-hyun while she was underage. Whether the evidence was manipulated or not will soon be revealed by the investigation authorities," she asserted.
She added, "It is true that Kim Sae-ron dated Kim Soo-hyun when she was a minor. Today, we are disclosing some of the materials we possess. We hope that, after this press release, both sides will refrain from further media responses and wait for the results of the official investigation."
The evidence released that day included two audio recordings of statements from acquaintances, one memo, KakaoTalk messages, photos, and letters written by the late actress.
The memo contained phrases such as, 'Is it wrong to want to spend every remaining day with you?', 'Oppa, it’s not just because you went to the military,' 'Things are difficult for us. There are many obstacles to overcome. The most obvious is my age,' and 'If you really meant it when you said you wanted to meet me again, I can wait for you now. Rather than waiting, I can just keep liking you.'
Her mother argued, "These are expressions that only lovers would use, and from this memo, it is easy to see that Kim Sae-ron and Kim Soo-hyun were already in a romantic relationship before September 28, 2017, when the memo was written."
Additionally, the acquaintances' statements included details such as friends who knew about Kim Sae-ron and Kim Soo-hyun's relationship during high school giving hints to others by singing the OST from 'Moon Embracing the Sun,' in which Kim Soo-hyun appeared, or by changing their cats’ names to 'Dal' and 'Cloud.'
Numerous KakaoTalk conversations containing heart emojis and hand-heart photos were also disclosed. However, the chat partner was listed as 'Unknown,' making it unclear whether the other party was Kim Soo-hyun.
Regarding this, Attorney Go Sang-rok of Law Firm PIL, representing Kim Soo-hyun, told Yonhap News Agency, "These are materials we have already seen, as they were submitted to the investigative authorities. They are either unrelated to Kim Soo-hyun or were written solely by the late actress," adding, "They lack evidentiary value, and upon closer inspection, the forensic (digital evidence extraction) information is also different."
He further noted that the police investigation results would be released soon.

Earlier this year, Kim Soo-hyun became embroiled in controversy over allegations that he dated Kim Sae-ron while she was underage. Although he initially denied the dating rumors, as the controversy continued, he partially admitted to the relationship, stating, "We dated for a year after she became an adult."
Nevertheless, as the controversy persisted, he held a press conference in March, asserting that the conversations released by Kim Sae-ron's family were fabricated and expressing his frustration.
