The curriculum covered essential topics for overseas investment and development, including Public-Private Partnership (PPP) project structuring, Project Finance, and risk management for overseas projects. The courses were tailored to the participants’ positions and experience levels.
The instructors included not only internal experts from KIND but also specialists from private companies and the public overseas investment sector. The program focused on strengthening networking among infrastructure development market experts and providing knowledge across various fields.
Field training was also enhanced, allowing trainees to visit infrastructure facilities directly and deepen their practical understanding. By combining hands-on education with on-site experiences, the program increased learning engagement.
A KIND official stated, “Securing specialized talent is crucial for the sustainable growth of overseas investment and development projects. This training will help supply practical professionals, contributing to increased participation in overseas investment and the expansion of overseas project orders.”
