[Financial News] Robert Kiyosaki, author of the best-selling book 'Rich Dad Poor Dad' and a long-time advocate of holding Bitcoin (BTC) for the long term, recently revealed that he had sold a portion of his BTC holdings.
Sold Bitcoin to Purchase Surgery Centers and Invest in Outdoor Advertising

On the 22nd (local time), Kiyosaki announced on his social media that he had sold approximately $2.25 million worth of BTC.
He explained that he had bought BTC at around $6,000 and sold it at about $90,000, using the proceeds to purchase two Surgery Centers and invest in outdoor advertising (billboards).
Kiyosaki stated, "The Surgery Centers and outdoor advertising businesses I invested in by cashing out about $2.25 million worth of BTC are expected to generate a monthly cash flow (income) of around $27,500 until February next year." He emphasized, "I remain very optimistic about BTC and plan to buy more using my positive cash flow going forward."
"Kiyosaki, Who Said 'A Shocking Drop Is Coming, But I Won't Sell,' Sells BTC"

While Kiyosaki has consistently stressed the importance of holding BTC, he opted to cash out amid a market correction. Earlier this month, he warned, "A shocking drop is coming," but also remarked, "That's why I keep buying, not selling."
He also argued that "BTC is a truly scarce asset and should be bought before the supply decreases," setting a target price of $250,000 for 2026.
Even on the 15th, when BTC was on a downward trend, he reiterated that he was not selling and was waiting, saying, "The market is collapsing because the world needs cash." He added, "As the world faces a severe debt crisis, money printing will begin, and in that process, the value of Gold, Silver, BTC, and Ethereum will rise further. That's why I don't sell BTC."
Meanwhile, in April, Kiyosaki predicted that BTC could reach $1 million within the next 10 years.
