Samsung Fire & Marine Insurance Launches 'Foreign Language Insurance Claim Service'... Supports English and Chinese

[Financial News] Samsung Fire & Marine Insurance announced on the 24th that it has launched the 'Foreign Language Insurance Claim Service' to enhance convenience for its growing number of foreign customers.
This service is available on both the Samsung Fire & Marine Insurance official website and mobile app, allowing foreign customers to file insurance claims more easily and accurately in English and Chinese language.
According to a recent analysis by Samsung Fire & Marine Insurance of digital service usage among foreign customers, the most frequently used features were: insurance claims (58.3%), premium payments (14.0%), and certificate issuance (9.5%).
Additionally, the majority of users preferred Chinese language (68.6%) and English (8.4%), highlighting the need for foreign language support in the insurance claim process.
Reflecting these usage patterns, Samsung Fire & Marine Insurance first implemented English and Chinese language support in the 'Insurance Claim' menu. During the development process, the company conducted a Usability Test with actual English and Chinese language users to verify and improve the interface, guidance items, and input procedures.
A representative from Samsung Fire & Marine Insurance stated, "With the introduction of this foreign language service, foreign customers can now access insurance services more accurately and conveniently." The company added, "We will continue to expand the range of supported languages and service coverage to further enhance the quality of services for our global customers."
