On the 20th, Kim Woo-bin shared the news of his upcoming marriage through his official fan cafe. In a handwritten letter, he wrote, "I wanted to be the first to share this news with Uribin (the fandom name), who have always given me unwavering love and support," and continued, "Yes, I am getting married. After spending so many years together, we have decided to start a family and walk this path side by side."
Their agency, AM Entertainment, also released an official statement, saying, "Our artists, Shin Min-a and Kim Woo-bin, have promised to become lifelong partners, building on the deep trust they have developed over many years together," thereby confirming the marriage news.
The wedding will take place on December 20 in a private location in Seoul. The agency added, "The ceremony will be held privately, attended only by close family members and friends," and continued, "We kindly ask for your warm support and blessings for the couple as they embark on this important new chapter. Both will continue to dedicate themselves to their acting careers and strive to repay the love they have received."
Kim Woo-bin and fellow actor Shin Min-a have been in a public relationship for 11 years, making them one of the entertainment industry's most enduring couples. Notably, when Kim Woo-bin was diagnosed with nasopharyngeal carcinoma (NPC) in 2017 and paused his career to focus on treatment, Shin Min-a remained by his side, earning widespread support from the public.
