Kakao Corporation announced on the 18th that it has updated KakaoTalk with new features, including 'Send Silently.'
'Send Silently' is one of the KakaoTalk updates announced by Kakao Corporation last September. This feature delivers messages regardless of the recipient’s notification settings. Recipients can check for new messages via the red badge counter at the top of the KakaoTalk app or by the 'unread' message status indicator.
With this update, KakaoTalk also added dedicated folders for favorite profiles and chat rooms, automatic recording for Voice Talk calls, personalized backgrounds for FaceTalk, automatic sorting of photos by person in Talk Cloud, and a preview feature for messages containing internet URLs.
