Seven-Vehicle Pileup in Sinjeong-dong, Yangcheon-gu Leaves 14 Injured

In Sinjeong-dong, Yangcheon-gu, a collision involving seven vehicles—including a bus—resulted in injuries to 14 people, including bus passengers.
According to Police and Firefighting authorities, the accident occurred at approximately 7:16 a.m. on the 17th in Sinjeong-dong, Yangcheon-gu. The incident involved two buses, four passenger cars, and one truck, leading to injuries for 14 individuals, including those on the buses.
Four people sustained serious injuries, while ten suffered minor injuries. Fortunately, none of the injuries are considered life-threatening. All victims were transported to nearby hospitals.
It was confirmed that the bus driver who caused the initial collision was not under the influence of alcohol.
A Police official stated, "We plan to investigate the exact circumstances of the accident using Closed-Circuit Television (CCTV) and dashcam footage."
