[Financial News] Hannam District 4, located within Hannam New Town and known as the largest redevelopment project since the founding of Korea, has received project implementation approval.
According to the maintenance industry on the 14th, Yongsan-gu Office, Seoul recently granted project implementation approval for the redevelopment of Hannam District 4. Min Byung-jin, head of the Hannam District 4 association, stated, "Having overcome the major hurdle of project implementation approval, we must now move swiftly and efficiently toward the next stage—establishing and approving the management and disposal plan." He added, "Speed is crucial for reducing project costs and maximizing future value," emphasizing, "We will focus on shortening the timeline and improving efficiency."
The Hannam District 4 redevelopment project will create 35 buildings with a total of 2,360 households on a 160,258-square-meter site, ranging from seven basement levels to 20 stories above ground. Samsung C&T is the contractor, and the construction cost alone amounts to 1.5695 trillion won. Samsung C&T has proposed 'Raemian Glow Hills Hannam' as the name for the new complex.
