LG CNS Wins 'ASOCIO Award' for Achievements in ESG Platform

[Financial News] LG CNS, a company specializing in AX, announced on the 13th that it received the 'ESG Award' at the 'Asian-Oceanian Computing Industry Organization (ASOCIO) Award 2025' held in Taipei, Taiwan, on the 11th.
LG CNS was highly praised for its 'LG ESG Intelligence' platform, which integrates corporate ESG data and provides essential functions for management decision-making, earning recognition for its reliability, convenience, and scalability.
The Asian-Oceanian Computing Industry Organization (ASOCIO) is an international private organization founded in 1984 by ICT associations from 24 countries in Asia and Oceania to promote cross-border cooperation. Each year, it hosts an international conference and award ceremony. The Federation of Korean Information Industries is a founding member representing Korea.
The internationally recognized ASOCIO Award honors outstanding companies and institutions in 10 categories—including Innovative Tech, Digital Government, Cybersecurity, Health Tech & Digital Healthcare, and ESG—nominated by member countries and selected through ASOCIO's evaluation process.
The LG ESG Intelligence platform helps companies systematically and efficiently achieve their ESG goals. It collects and analyzes ESG data, quantifies key metrics such as carbon emissions, energy usage, social impact, and governance indicators, and supports the development of customized policies, compliance strategies, and ESG reporting based on the analyzed data.
Through the platform, LG CNS ensures data reliability and provides features for transparent evaluation and management of ESG performance indicators and risks. Currently, LG CNS has implemented the LG ESG Intelligence platform in 11 LG Group affiliates across sectors such as electronics, manufacturing, chemicals, and telecommunications, continuously enhancing the platform by accumulating empirical data from various industries.
