[Financial News] Rebellions announced on the 13th that it has completed the establishment of its U.S. corporation and has recruited Marshall Choi and Jennifer Gloer, both of whom have over 20 years of experience in AI and enterprise infrastructure, to drive global expansion including in the United States.
Marshall Choi previously served as Vice President of Product and Solution Engineering at Oracle Corporation before joining SambaNova Systems, a U.S.-based AI semiconductor startup, as an early member. Most recently, he held the position of Chief Customer Officer (CCO). At Rebellions, he will oversee global business operations as Chief Business Officer (CBO).
Jennifer Gloer, who joined alongside Marshall, will serve as Executive Vice President of Product Management at Rebellions. She has built her expertise in customer-centric product strategy and operations at Oracle Corporation and SambaNova Systems. Going forward, she will bridge development teams and customers, contributing to efficient product strategy and business expansion.
Following its successful Series C round with investment from a Silicon Valley venture capital firm, Rebellions expects that the establishment of its U.S. corporation and the addition of global leaders will strengthen its presence in the North American market, accelerate business results, and expand connections with local customers and partners.
