Global Esports to Unite... Krafton Unveils ‘PUBG UNITED’

[Financial News] Krafton has announced ‘PUBG UNITED,’ a global esports project where ‘PUBG: Battlegrounds’ and ‘PUBG MOBILE’ will come together on a single stage.
According to Krafton on the 12th, PUBG UNITED marks a new chapter that unifies the esports scenes of both titles under one vision and community. The event will be held from the 24th through December 14 in the Siam area of Bangkok, Thailand. This is the world’s first integrated esports event to host both the PUBG Global Championship (PGC) and PUBG Mobile Global Championship (PMGC) together on one stage.
PUBG UNITED 2025 will take place not only at Siam Paragon in central Bangkok, Thailand, but also throughout the city. Offline pop-up zones, fan events, the official website, and online promotions will offer immersive content that fans around the world can enjoy from anywhere.
During the event, the PUBG UNITED fan zone will feature exhibition and experience spaces themed around PGC and PMGC, collaborative content with global brands, and a variety of interactive fan activities.
The highlight of PUBG UNITED is the integrated finals, where PGC and PMGC will be held back-to-back on the same stage. The world’s top players will compete in consecutive grand finals, creating a new type of esports festival where fans of both titles can cheer together. The opening ceremony will include a stage performance themed around PUBG: Battlegrounds and a live rendition of the official theme song. This event is designed as a true esports festival, bringing together fans, players, and the community—not just a competition.
A representative from Krafton stated, “PUBG UNITED is the culmination of the passion and support that PUBG esports has built up over the years.” They added, “We aim to deliver an integrated esports experience where fans from around the world can enjoy the event together on the same stage.”
