KOMSCO Launches First 'Money Calendar' Made from Currency Byproducts for 2026

Earlier this year, KOMSCO launched the Moneymade brand specializing in currency-themed goods and introduced its first product, the Money Pen, which received positive responses and recognition across all generations. Last month, the company followed up with the release of the Don Keyring and money envelope, drawing the attention of the MZ generation with its eco-friendly goods and the trend of ethical consumption.
The newly introduced Money Calendar is KOMSCO's first-ever calendar product. The lineup includes two premium calendars that combine the symbolism of currency with Korean design sensibilities, as well as one Lucky Calendar symbolizing good fortune.
The premium Money Calendar comes in two formats: wall and desk. It features a storytelling concept that highlights Korean culture and history through the figures and monuments depicted on currency. The inner pages use eco-friendly paper made from recycled currency byproducts, allowing users to see actual currency powder, and the cover is finished in gold to symbolize prosperity in the new year. The initial production run totals 4,000 units, with the wall calendar priced at 22,000 KRW and the desk calendar at 18,000 KRW, both ideal as year-end gifts.
The Lucky Calendar, released alongside, is a desk-type calendar that includes memo sheets for notes and scheduling. Its four-leaf clover design adds a special touch to any space. The first batch is limited to 1,000 units and is priced at 24,000 KRW. It is regarded as a practical and stylish gift item.
Pre-orders will be available from the 11th until the initial stock for each product is sold out, with deliveries scheduled to begin sequentially from December 8.
