Hospital Director in His 60s Arrested for Threatening Arson with Gasoline at HIRA... "Risk of Flight"

[Financial News] Mr. Yoo, a hospital director in his 60s, was arrested after causing a disturbance at the Health Insurance Review & Assessment Service (HIRA) while demanding insurance payments and carrying gasoline.
According to legal sources on the 9th, the Seoul Eastern District Court issued an arrest warrant for Mr. Yoo, citing a risk of flight.
Mr. Yoo is accused of visiting the HIRA Seoul Regional Office in Garak-dong, Songpa-gu, Seoul, around 1 p.m. on the 6th with Ms. A, a female employee in her 40s from his hospital, and threatening to set fire by displaying gasoline and a lighter (preparation for arson of an inhabited building).
Investigations revealed that the act was motivated by dissatisfaction with HIRA’s refusal to accept their insurance claim.
Police are continuing their investigation of Ms. A, who has been released and is being investigated without detention.
