ESTsoft Corp. Unveils ‘Perso AI Human Kiosk’ at APEC... Gains Global Attention

[Financial News] ESTsoft Corp. announced on the 3rd that it successfully introduced its interactive AI human-powered kiosk to world leaders and business executives at the 2025 Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) held in Gyeongju. The official name of the product is Perso AI Human Kiosk.
APEC is an economic platform where leaders from 21 countries and CEOs of global companies participate. This year’s event attracted unprecedented attention, with the attendance of U.S. President Donald Trump and Chinese President Xi Jinping.
During the APEC period, ESTsoft Corp. showcased the Perso AI Human Kiosk at the forefront of both the K-Tech Showcase and the APEC Economic Exhibition Hall, providing real-time voice guidance in 32 languages to global visitors and receiving an enthusiastic response. The kiosk will continue to be used at the APEC Economic Exhibition Hall even after the event.
The Perso AI Human Kiosk features an AI human integrated with a Large Language Model (LLM), enabling it to respond to external voices and support communication in a variety of environments. Notably, it has been advanced to operate flawlessly not only in cloud environments but also on-device, thanks to ESTsoft Corp.’s proprietary technology.
At this year’s APEC, the Perso AI Human Kiosk provided guidance in 32 languages and handled voice Q&A, offered information on exhibition layouts, booth locations, programs, and schedules, enhanced information accessibility for people with disabilities and foreigners, and delivered an immersive interface based on AI avatars.
Currently, the Perso AI Human Kiosk is attracting inquiries not only from APEC but also from various international venues, airports, tourism sites, expos, libraries, and sports stadiums. At the groundbreaking ceremony for KINTEX Exhibition Center 3, the kiosk delivered personalized welcome messages using a QR-based VIP business card recognition feature, and it was also used for on-site guidance at the opening ceremony of the Nonsan World Strawberry Industry Expo.
With demand for the Perso AI Human Kiosk rapidly increasing, ESTsoft Corp. plans to gradually expand its deployment to more locations. The company also aims to further enhance its functionality by integrating Vision-Language Model (VLM) technology and supporting a wider range of devices, thereby improving its utility in physical environments.
