Located at 1109 Banpo-dong, Seocho-gu, Seoul, Banpo Raemian Tri-One is being supplied through the Banpo Apartment District 3 reconstruction project. The large-scale complex consists of 17 buildings, ranging from three basement levels to a maximum of 35 floors above ground, with a total of 2,091 units. Of these, 506 units with exclusive areas of 59–84m2 are available for general sale. The recruitment announcement was approved on October 31, and the model home is scheduled to open on November 7.
The units available for general sale include: 223 units of 59m2A, 129 units of 59m2B, 26 units of 59m2C, 78 units of 59m2D, 14 units of 84m2A, 29 units of 84m2B, and 7 units of 84m2C. The focus on small to mid-sized units for actual residents has attracted significant attention.
Notably, the complex is subject to the price ceiling system, with sale prices set at about 50–60% of the surrounding market rate. This allows buyers to enjoy a prime Gangnam location at a relatively reasonable price, making it an optimal opportunity to move into Banpo.
Banpo-dong, where the complex is located, is one of Seoul’s most prestigious neighborhoods, offering excellent location competitiveness. The site provides direct underground access to Gubanpo Station on Seoul Subway Line 9, and Dongjak Station, just one stop away, offers transfers to Line 4, ensuring outstanding public transportation connectivity. In addition, major arterial roads such as Olympic-daero, Dongjak Bridge, and Banpo-daero are easily accessible, making travel throughout Gangnam and the rest of Seoul convenient.
The educational environment is also excellent. The area is home to prestigious schools including Seoul Banpo Elementary School, Banpo Middle School, Sehwa High School, and Sehwa Girls' Middle and High School. The National Library of Korea is also nearby, attracting strong interest from families prioritizing education.
Residents will also benefit from abundant lifestyle infrastructure. Large shopping facilities such as Shinsegae Department Store Gangnam Branch and Lotte Mart Seocho Branch are close by, as are cultural and leisure venues like Seorae Village Cafe Street and Central City. Major medical centers, including The Catholic University of Korea Seoul St. Mary's Hospital and Chung-Ang University Hospital, are also located in the vicinity.
A pleasant natural environment is another advantage of the complex. Banpo Hangang Park, Sinbanpo Park, Banpocheon, and Banpo Sports Complex are all nearby, allowing residents to enjoy nature within the city.

There are also notable development projects around the complex. The Seoripul Complex Development Project is underway on the former Defense Intelligence Command site, about 2 km away. This project aims to become a landmark and new economic hub in Southeastern Seoul, with completion targeted for 2030. The 165,511m2 site will feature a global business town (four basement levels to seven above ground) and a mixed-use complex (seven basement levels to 19 above ground), creating a future-oriented space that combines advanced industry, culture, and business functions.
A sales representative stated, "Banpo Raemian Tri-One marks the final chapter of the Raemian brand town in Banpo-dong, a leading luxury neighborhood, and has attracted high expectations from buyers even before the sale." The representative added, "With excellent transportation, lifestyle infrastructure, educational environment, and eco-friendly features, the complex boasts an outstanding location and significant future value."
The model home will be located at the RAEMIAN Gallery in Munjeong-dong, Songpa-gu, Seoul. Viewing will be available by advance reservation through the Raemian Official Website. Reservations are open from October 31 to November 8, and viewings will be held from November 7 to 9.
