Cloud, a company specializing in overseas real estate investment consulting, announced on the 3rd that it will host the '2025 Overseas Real Estate Investment Seminar' to present effective strategies for managing overseas assets.
The seminar is scheduled for December 6 at the Lounge Hall on the 2nd floor of the Textile Center Building, 518 Teheran-ro, Gangnam-gu, Seoul.
Cloud has held overseas real estate investment seminars annually. This year's event is drawing significant attention as interest in overseas real estate investment has surged following the Korean government's October 15 Real Estate Measures.
The seminar will cover a range of topics, including the impact of changes in U.S. immigration policy under the second Donald Trump administration on real estate investment, opportunities and inheritance strategies in Tokyo amid its largest redevelopment in a century, and an analysis of Vietnam's emerging real estate market. Tax experts will also share strategies for tax savings, offering in-depth insights and outlooks from specialists in each field to guide effective overseas asset management.
In addition to an analysis of the October 15 Real Estate Measures, the seminar will feature speakers such as Chunran Lee (Realrich Asset - Korea), Hwang Suncheol (Cloud - Japan), Sarah Kim (RE/MAX - USA), Denise Pham (KOVIRE - Vietnam), and Choi Hee-sun (Choi Tax & Accounting Consulting - Tax).
Hwang Suncheol, CEO of Cloud, stated, "This seminar aims to provide a platform for global investment information, allowing participants to compare local real estate markets, investment strategies, regulations, and tax systems in various countries by leveraging Cloud's global network."
Registration for the seminar is on a first-come, first-served basis via the Cloud website or by phone. Of the total 100 seats, 50 are eligible for an early registration discount.
