Samsung Electronics Launches Odyssey Gaming Monitor Experience Zone at Nexon's 'Maple Agit'

Samsung Electronics announced on the 3rd that it will operate a Samsung Odyssey Gaming Monitor experience zone at Nexon's Maple Agit for five years.
Maple Agit is Nexon's flagship gaming space, featuring a total of 177 seats and covering approximately 661 square meters. It is located right in front of Exit 4 of Gangnam Station on the Shinbundang Line. Samsung Electronics has installed Samsung Odyssey Gaming Monitors at every seat in Maple Agit and arranged products tailored to each area, including the Samsung Odyssey Zone, Team Room, and Premium Room, to create an immersive gaming environment.
In the Samsung Odyssey Zone, visitors can experience the overwhelming immersion offered by flagship gaming monitors such as the country's first glasses-free 3D monitor, Samsung Odyssey 3D, and the Samsung Odyssey OLED G8, which supports 4K and 240Hz.
Samsung Odyssey 3D delivers an innovative 3D gaming experience without the need for special glasses, thanks to its eye-tracking and screen mapping technology. It supports ultra-high-definition 4K resolution, AMD FreeSync Premium Pro, and G-Sync compatibility, ensuring smooth and uninterrupted gameplay.
The Samsung Odyssey OLED G8 offers outstanding 4K resolution and high contrast ratio. With a maximum refresh rate of 240Hz and a response time of 0.03ms, it provides an upgraded gaming experience. Additionally, its Glare Free technology minimizes reflections from ambient light, allowing for uninterrupted gaming regardless of lighting conditions.
The Team Room, which operates on a reservation basis, allows up to five friends to enjoy effective team play using the Odyssey OLED G6. This monitor features the world's first 500Hz ultra-high refresh rate and a super-fast 0.03ms response time, enabling smooth and immersive gameplay even in team games with frequent screen transitions.
In the Premium Room, groups can play PC games together on the Samsung Odyssey OLED G8 or enjoy console games on the large 77-inch Samsung OLED S95F TV installed in the room.
In addition, the General Zone offers the Samsung Odyssey G7, which supports 4K resolution and a 1ms response time, and the Samsung Odyssey G5, which features an ultra-fast 180Hz refresh rate and QHD resolution. At the MD Goods Store area, visitors can experience the mobile game MapleStory M on the immersive 8-inch main display of the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold7.
