Hyundai Motor Group Hosts 'Partner Companies Online Job Fair' to Revitalize the Employment Market

[Financial News] Hyundai Motor Group announced on the 2nd that it will host the '2025 Hyundai Motor Group Partner Companies Online Job Fair' to establish new hiring trends in the automotive industry and boost the employment market together with its partner companies.
The Hyundai Motor Group Partner Companies Job Fair is the first job fair in Korea for partner companies supported by a major corporation. Hyundai Motor Group is responsible for the planning, operation, and financial support of the event to ensure that consultations lead to actual employment.
Launched in 2012 in three major cities—Seoul, Gwangju, and Daegu—the event later expanded to Ulsan and Changwon. Since 2020, due to the impact of COVID-19 and the shift toward rolling recruitment by partner companies, the fair has been held primarily online.
Marking its 14th year, this year’s job fair will run online until the 14th. After the event concludes, the official website will transition into a rolling recruitment platform, operating year-round to minimize workforce gaps at partner companies.
This event brings together over 600 partner companies, including parts and maintenance partners of Hyundai Motor and Kia Corporation, in-house startups, and Hyundai Mobis partners.
Notably, in collaboration with Saramin, Korea’s largest job portal, a dedicated 'Hyundai Motor Group Partner Companies Job Fair' section will be set up on the Saramin website, providing an easy-to-use recruitment system for job seekers and HR managers. Participating partner companies will have unlimited free access during the fair to premium Saramin services such as 'Talent Pool Search' and 'Personality and Aptitude Test.'
Job seekers wishing to participate can visit the official online job fair website, check the job postings by partner companies, and submit applications to their companies of interest. Those who pass the document screening will be notified separately, and interviews will be conducted both online and offline.
