[Financial News] The Ministry of Justice (MOJ) has assigned newly appointed prosecutors to local Prosecutors' Offices this year.
On the 22nd, the MOJ announced that it had conducted personnel transfers for 139 new prosecutors who completed their training at the Legal Research and Training Institute.
The newly assigned prosecutors include 90 individuals who passed the 14th Bar Exam and were appointed in May, 25 former judge advocates appointed in August, and 24 experienced legal professionals. They will begin their duties on the 27th.
The MOJ explained that the assignments were made by comprehensively considering appointment scores, training performance at the Legal Research and Training Institute, and preferred locations, ensuring an even distribution across Prosecutors' Offices nationwide.
