ESTsoft Expands Perso AI Dubbing Service into Eurasia

Perso AI’s AI dubbing service began its growth in North America and Europe, in line with the rise of over-the-top (OTT) global video platforms. It then accelerated its expansion in the global market, focusing on Southeast Asia, the Middle East, and South America. This growth trend has recently become more pronounced due to surging demand in Eurasia.
In particular, enterprise adoption has significantly increased in countries such as Russia, Kazakhstan, and Türkiye. Major adopters include prominent creators, multi-channel networks (MCNs), streaming platforms, and companies seeking to enhance their video production and marketing.
Notable examples include Russia’s top gaming YouTubers Max Deep (2.64 million subscribers) and MrKey (2.67 million subscribers), Kazakhstan’s streaming platform Unico Play, and Türkiye’s medical aesthetics clinic Doktor Şule. Among them, the Russian YouTubers have begun actively releasing Korean-dubbed content.
ESTsoft explained that the positive response in the global dubbing market is driven by significantly improved dubbing quality, as well as production costs and time reduced to about one-tenth of previous levels.
In practice, Perso AI’s AI dubbing service supports one-click operation and provides a professional video production environment for enterprise clients, including 4K high-resolution output, enhanced lip-sync precision, large-scale video processing, and unlimited dubbing for up to 60 minutes.
Adoption in the European and domestic markets is also steadily growing. Recently, Germany’s video-based digital mental health platform Couchnow and Parable Entertainment, a leading company in Korea’s virtual YouTuber (VTuber) market, have signed contracts. Parable Entertainment is an MCN that manages over 160 creators and content IPs, including Isegye Idol and Psychord.
