[Financial News] The Korea Association of Real Estate Development (KODA) will host the 'ALL NEW DEVELOPER PROJECT 20 (A.N.D 20)' event this November to mark its 20th anniversary, with participation from many of the world's leading real estate developers.
The event is organized by the '20th Anniversary Project Committee', which was launched in April. Invitations were extended to major global developers from the United States, Japan, and Europe, resulting in confirmed attendance from Kushner Companies (USA), Mori Building (Japan), and Edge (Netherlands).
On the first morning of the event, the 'Global Developer Conference' will feature key figures from each company as speakers. Nicole Kushner Meyer of Kushner Companies, known for leading mixed-use developments in Manhattan, will speak. Hiroo Mori, Vice President of Mori Building, which developed Roppongi Hills, and Cecile Babcock, Head of Asset Allocation at Edge, recognized for sustainable development, will also deliver presentations. Domestically, Moon Joo-hyun, Chairman of MDM Group, will take the stage.
'ALL NEW DEVELOPER PROJECT 20' will be held on November 20 at the InterContinental Grand Seoul Parnas in Samseong-dong, Seoul. On the previous day, November 19, there will be a dinner with international guests. The main event on the 20th will include the NEXT 20 Vision Declaration, the inauguration of the Korea Real Estate Development Industry Research Institute, and the KODA Developer Awards.
Han-Mo Kim, head of the 20th Anniversary Project Committee, stated, "The enthusiastic participation of world-class developers is a symbolic testament to the growth potential of Korea’s development industry. Through this event, I hope the Korean developer industry will engage with the global stage and prepare for another 20 years of advancement."
