[Financial News] Hyundai Engineering & Construction (Hyundai E&C) is launching a customized residential service platform called 'H Culture Club' for its residents. This initiative combines a variety of services—including culture, arts, relaxation, health, and daily convenience—within apartment community facilities, marking the industry’s first attempt to merge physical space with a digital platform.
H Culture Club is a program designed to enhance service quality and operational stability in response to residents’ growing demand for more sophisticated and larger community facilities. Hyundai E&C will provide premium amenities such as in-complex cinemas, libraries, fitness centers, golf practice ranges, and swimming pools, and will collaborate with specialized companies to support operations.
The library will regularly host book curation and book concerts, while the cinema will screen new releases. The fitness area will offer personalized exercise prescriptions, personal training, Pilates, and yoga programs.
In addition to childcare and healthcare services, residents will have access to daily convenience services such as home repairs, furniture assembly, car washing, and pet care. All services can be reserved and paid for through Hyundai E&C’s integrated residential platform, 'my THE H,' which enhances user convenience with its seamless online and offline system.
Hyundai E&C will first implement the H Culture Club at 'The H Bangbae,' a residential complex in Seoul’s Gangnam area with over 3,000 households, scheduled for occupancy in September 2026. The company plans to expand the program to other large-scale complexes. To this end, it recently signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with the Bangbae 5 District Housing Reconstruction and Maintenance Association. The H Bangbae community will be designed as a single cultural space, integrating landscaping, artworks, and various objects throughout the complex.
A Hyundai E&C representative stated, “H Culture Club is a residential service that combines community spaces and platforms to provide customized offerings, ensuring both professionalism and stability. We aim to create a sustainable residential culture based on future-oriented housing solutions.”
