MCST to Host K-arts International Exchange Seminar in Chuncheon on the 29th

The K-arts International Exchange Seminar, From A to Z, hosted by the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism (MCST) and co-organized by Gangwon Art & Culture Foundation and others, will take place in Chuncheon on the 29th.
The event will be held at Nabium Hall on the 3rd floor of Chuncheon Dreaming Art Center, starting at 1:30 p.m. It aims to support Gangwon's artists in expanding overseas by sharing trends in international exchange, practical preparation processes, and real-world experiences.
The seminar will feature lectures on international cultural and artistic exchange by three experts.
Producer Kim Ikki, head of Production Ikki, will discuss the current state of international cultural and artistic exchange under the theme 'From Tradition to Multi-Genre, From Local to Global: The Expansion and Practice of a Producer.' Producer Mijin Lee of Art Project BORA will explain essential considerations for artists embarking on international exchange in her talk, 'First Steps in International Exchange: How to Prepare.'
Additionally, curator Sooyoung Lee of GyeongGi Cultural Foundation will give a lecture titled 'International Exchange as a Commons,' exploring the meaning and direction of international exchange for artists today.
HyunSang Shin, CEO of Gangwon Art & Culture Foundation, stated, "This seminar will serve as a significant opportunity to expand the overseas prospects of cultural and artistic professionals," and encouraged local artists to participate and show their interest.
