[Financial News] Shinsegae Casa announced on the 14th that, following Cheongdam LE EL, it will launch a special promotion targeting new residents of large-scale complexes in Songpa District, including Jamsil Raemian I'Park.
Jamsil Raemian I'Park (2,678 households) and Jamsil LE EL (1,865 households), both scheduled for move-in this December and next January respectively, are the last major new apartment complexes in Seoul for this year.
While both complexes are preparing for a move-in expo in November, Shinsegae Casa is launching a pre-expo event at Casamia Jamsil Branch about a month in advance to attract new residents from these developments.
Customers who visit Casamia Jamsil Branch and complete pre-registration for the move-in expo will receive a basic 10% discount on move-in purchases, plus a Shinsegae Gift Certificate worth 5% of their purchase amount.
Depending on the purchase amount, customers can also earn up to an additional 3% in points redeemable like cash at Casamia and Materasso stores. Special events include a complimentary Starbucks Corporation beverage voucher for those who simply receive a consultation.
In particular, Shinsegae Casa is offering specialized interior consultations for new residents using a Virtual Reality System (VR System).
By recreating each unit's actual floor plan in a virtual space, customers can arrange popular furniture such as the Casamia Campo Goose sofa, Materasso Heritage Collection mattress, and Closet System without the need for physical measurements. This allows for a quick and easy overview of interior tones and moods, streamlining the decision-making process.
A Shinsegae Casa representative stated, "As high-end new apartment complexes in Seoul and the metropolitan area are gaining attention, we will do our utmost to capture the growing demand for premium interiors. Going forward, we plan to lead trends in premium residential spaces by highlighting the high-quality, sophisticated designs of Casamia and Materasso products."
