Hugel Appoints Carrie Strom as Global CEO

[Financial News] Hugel announced on the 13th that it has appointed Carrie Strom, an expert in the medical aesthetics field, as its new Global CEO. Following the recent appointment of Jang Doo-hyun as Korea CEO, the company plans to accelerate its growth centered on the Americas by adding a Global CEO.
From May 2020 to February this year, Carrie Strom served as Senior Vice President at AbbVie Inc. and President of Allergan Aesthetics for five years. Since joining Allergan (now AbbVie) in 2011, she has led a $5 billion aesthetics portfolio, including Botox and the hyaluronic acid filler (HA filler) Juvéderm, across more than 50 countries. She previously served as Senior Vice President of Allergan's U.S. Medical Aesthetics division and spent 11 years at Pfizer as a sales and marketing expert.
Carrie Strom stated, "Based on our leadership in Korea, our top priority will be to transform Hugel into a global leader in the aesthetics market and raise the standards of service provided to consumers and patients worldwide."
