[Financial News] Woongjin ThinkBig's artificial intelligence (AI) all-subject learning platform, Woongjin SmartAll, has been completely revamped after six years since its release. The core of this update is a user-centered UI/UX design, enhanced AI features, and an expanded rewards system, all aimed at helping children immerse themselves in self-directed learning.
Woongjin ThinkBig explained on the 13th that, over the past year, it cross-analyzed surveys from customers and field teachers with operational data, and received consultation from the HCI Research Institute at the Korea Advanced Institute of Science and Technology (KAIST) to determine improvement directions. Based on these insights, the overhaul focused on three main pillars: a redesigned 'Today's Learning' screen, strengthened AI services, and an expanded rewards system.
The UI/UX for Today's Learning has been newly configured to reflect behavioral characteristics by grade. For first and second graders, game-based content cards are prioritized over subjects to lower the barrier to entry, while for third to sixth graders, the system is designed to allow them to easily check their daily and weekly learning progress, thereby increasing achievement rates.
The AI Learning Center has been renamed 'AI Personalized,' adding tangible AI services such as study habit analysis, predicted scores for unit assessments, and personalized book recommendations based on reading history. The book recommendation feature, provided twice a week, is centered on curriculum-linked essential readings to help foster natural reading habits.
The rewards system has also been significantly enhanced. The 'Star' reward system now includes continuous attendance rewards and random daily ticket rewards to encourage consistent participation. A mission-based reward structure has been introduced to boost completion rates and execution.
Im Han-woo, Head of IT Innovation at Woongjin ThinkBig, stated, "This overhaul is not just a redesign of the interface, but a complete reconfiguration of the learning environment so that children can naturally immerse themselves and experience achievement. Woongjin SmartAll will continue to support children's confidence and self-directed growth as a learning partner that combines the latest technology with educational insight."
