[Financial News] “FactBlock, which founded and operates Korea Blockchain Week (KBW), aims to execute the 'Digital Asset Treasury (DAT)' strategy within the year. As a sibling company with American Bitcoin (ABTC), we plan to strategically adopt DAT through partnership.” (Jeon Seon-ik, CEO of FactBlock)

FactBlock, a Web3 ecosystem builder, is set to formalize its DAT strategy with 'American Bitcoin (ABTC)', in which Donald Trump Jr. and Eric Trump, sons of U.S. President Donald Trump, are major shareholders.
Jeon Seon-ik, CEO of FactBlock (photo), stated at the opening stage of the main conference 'Impact (KBW2025:IMPACT)' of 'Korea Blockchain Week 2025 (KBW2025)' held at the Walkerhill Hotel & Resort in Seoul on the 23rd, “Digital assets are the core of corporate treasury reserves and financial strategy,” and announced, “We will reveal more detailed DAT plans by the end of the year.”
Recently, DAT, adopted by Strategy and Bitmain, which have a distinct presence in the U.S. stock market, is a strategy where companies use Bitcoin and other virtual assets as a core of finance to enhance corporate value. The current estimated scale of digital assets held by companies is over 14.5 billion dollars.
CEO Jeon emphasized regarding Wall Street's DAT strategy, “In the past, companies buying Bitcoin were considered experimental, but now it’s part of corporate financial strategy, an official reserve asset, a way to increase investor trust, and companies are starting to put digital assets in their vaults.” He added, “American Bitcoin, participating in KBW, has successfully completed its listing on NASDAQ earlier this month by presenting a new model combining Bitcoin treasury play and Bitcoin mining,” and “There is a strong trend of adding profitable business models to existing DAT plays.”
