[Financial News] The KOSPI index is expanding its decline on the 19th despite the buying trend of individual investors. On the other hand, KOSDAQ is increasing its rise.
This afternoon at 1:45 PM, the KOSPI index is trading at 3436.66, down 0.71% from the previous session.
In the stock market, foreigners and institutions are selling 532.1 billion won and 198.4 billion won worth of stocks, respectively. On the other hand, individuals are net buying 680.1 billion won worth.
Most of the top market cap stocks are on a downward trend. In particular, the declines of LG Energy Solution (-1.76%), Hyundai Motor (-2.75%), and Kia (-1.37%) are notable.
By sector, transportation and warehousing (-2.97%), electricity and gas (-2.60%), and construction (-2.20%) are declining. On the other hand, medical precision instruments (1.41%), machinery equipment (0.38%), and pharmaceuticals (0.24%) are showing an upward trend.
At the same time, the KOSDAQ index is trading at 861.12, up 0.47% from the previous session.
In the KOSDAQ market, foreigners and institutions are buying 107.6 billion won and 42.7 billion won worth of stocks, respectively. On the other hand, individuals are net selling 99.1 billion won worth.
