[Financial News] Seoul Gwangjin Police Station held a joint meeting with Gwangjin District Office and merchant groups to establish basic order in the people's economy.
According to the police on the 19th, Gwangjin Police Station and Gwangjin District Office have formed a joint consultative body to systematically respond to the three major basic order violations and have been conducting promotional and enforcement activities since last July.
Through this meeting, the two organizations shared cases of damage prevention for basic order issues such as no-shows, dine-and-dash, and violence targeting small business owners. They also shared the progress of each merchant group's initiatives, empathized with the difficulties faced by small business owners due to the contracted commercial district, and took time to devise countermeasures.
Gwangjin Police Station and Gwangjin District Office plan to continue preventing and responding to basic order damages in the people's economy through communication with small business owners, in addition to the issues discussed at the meeting.
Park Jae-young, Chief of Gwangjin Police Station, emphasized, "We will carefully review and resolve the problems faced by small business owners," and "We will respond boldly and strictly to criminal acts that harm the people, such as no-shows and malicious complaints."
